Plan & permit
Architectural drawings, city permit filing, and code-compliance review handled in-house.
Construction
Licensed crew self-performs the major trades. Weekly progress reports, photo-documented.
Quality control
Every phase inspected and signed off before the next begins. Issues resolved before they compound.
Walkthrough & warranty
Full walk with your project lead, punch list on the spot, 1-year workmanship warranty starts on hand-off.
